Maintain multiple addresses in a Supplier Master in SAP S4 Hana

In what scenario we can use this; if our company having multiple addresses in the same
state and the GST will be the same. Which means company having one address for
correspondence, one Bill-to Party address, one Invoicing party address, the three Shipping
addresses of the supplier…. etc.

Example, if suppose a company in Hyderabad (Telangana) and it has multiple delivery

addresses nearby Hyderabad or outside Hyderabad like below then we can maintain
different address to the supplier.

➢ Create Business Partner Via BP

Enter the Supplier Name and Standard address and save. Now you can see BP has been
created

At Address Overview ----- Click on Create

Here we can create multiple addresses

Here I have created a supplier with multiple addresses

At address usage → Select the shipping address of supplier and then click on create
And also, complete BP with other organizational details like company code and purchasing
organization data to be used BP Roles FLVN00 & FLVN01.

Select the address and then click create and assign the addresses

Look at here I have assigned addresses with respect to their corresponding address usages

➢ Check the address at Table- BUT020 for BP - 4500058

Get the addresses using table – ARDC

Enter the address numbers

➢ Check the Plant (7010) address using table – T001W

➢ Get the plant address using address number 25379 for Table - ADRC

➢ Create a Purchase Order for supplier 4500058

So, if I enter the plant (7010) then the system automatically will take the plant as a delivery
address

Now if want this material delivered to another location, then we have to click address and
search with search term1” Jay”

You can choose any one of them so here I want delivery at Patencheru address and choose
address no.26656

Loot at here delivery address has been changed to Patencheru

Likewise, we can use multiple addresses for a single supplier SAP S4 HANA
