My Client: M/s Royal Securities Limited

having its registered office at 46B, Rafi Ahmed
Kidwai Road, 2nd Floor, Kolkata-700016.

Sir/Madam,
Under instructions from and/or on behalf of my client above named and the papers and/or documents
as handed over to me, I may address you as follows:

My client is a Non-Banking Financial Corporation (NBFC) duly registered under the Reserve Bank of
India. My client is, inter alia, engaged in the business of essentially providing secured/unsecured loan
credit facilities under various products to its various customers.

My client has engaged “Badabro Giga Venture Private Limited” to carry on the business of
marketing of its various financial products through its online platform i.e.“Badabro” App on Google
Play Store on behalf of my client.

You had approached my client through the said online platform and registered yourself after duly
accepting the terms and conditions of legally binding Loan Agreement(s) and other KYC formalities
for obtaining loan and availed the facilities from my client.

My client (Lender) has provided you (Borrower) a total sum of Rs. 1000/-[one thousand Rupees] under
the aforesaid Loan Id, the details whereof are mentioned in the Annexure-I hereinbelow.

You have failed and neglected to pay the EMI(s) within its respective due date, contrary to the terms
and conditions of the Loan Agreement(s) and despite the follow up and/or commitments from you, you
have deliberately avoided to pay the installments with a malafide intention and therefore, my client has
suffered financial loss and as such, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Loan Agreement(s) you
had become liable to pay penal interest for each day of default in making payment to my client after
the respective due date of the EMI(s), the details are also mentioned in the Annexure-I hereinbelow.

My client provided you the loan with a trust and good faith that you will repay the loan as per the
terms and conditions as well as the assurance made by you. You have dishonestly availed our facilities
with an intention to cheat my client and committed offence under Section 406 and 420 of the Indian
Penal Code, 1860.

In such circumstances, my client has decided to recall the loan disbursed to you and as such, you are
requested to remit an amount of Rs. _30078_[thirty thousands seventy eight Rupees]_/- (details
mentioned in Annexure-I) with future interest at the rate 14% per annum within 7 days from the date of
receipt of this notice otherwise, my client would be constrained to take appropriate legal action against
you without making any further reference.
