present place of posting who so ever as per norms of bank of India officers service
regulations.
2) The owner of the house is not my close relative.
3) I obtained copy of proof of ownership from the house owner
4) I will obtain stamped receipt for the advance rent and hand over to bank
5) I will obtain stamped receipt for monthly rent and hand over to bank
6) It will be my responsibility to collect the advance rent paid by the bank from the house
owner and remit the same to bank at the time of vacating the house. If I fail to do so I
hereby irrevocably authorize the bank to debit my salary account.
7) I will remit back the advance rent already received from the bank before availing fresh
advance rent from the bank.
