Sub.: Whether Mr.S.Vijaya Lakshmi W/o.Late Padmanabham is holding clear right, Ownerhsip, title and in
possession over all that immovable property admeasuring Ac. 0.049 Cents in Sy. No. 86/2A, Situated at
Gramakhanta, Vanapamulu Village Pedaparupudi Mandal, Krishna District (Hereinafter together called as the
“Schedule property”).

The following Xerox copies of the documents are placed before me for scrutiny and legal opinion on title of the
vendor.

immovable property admeasuring Ac. 0.049 Cents in Sy. No. 86/2A, Situated at
Gramakhanta, Vanapamulu Village Pedaparupudi Mandal, Krishna District.

TRACING OF TITLE:

The Schedule Property sought for opinion stands in the name of Mr.S.Vijaya Lakshmi W/o.Late Padmanabham
is holding right, and in possession over all that immovable property admeasuring Ac. 0.049 Cents in Sy. No. 86/2A,
Situated at Gramakhanta, Vanapamulu Village Pedaparupudi Mandal, Krishna District as per the above referred
Certificate vide dated nil issued by Village Revenue Officer, Vanapamulu Village Pedaparupudi Mandal, Krishna
District (Documents No.1)

OBSERVATIONS:
 All original documents to be verified and compared with original.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:
 Registered title Deed Documents and Encumbrance certificate for the above said property.

CONCLUSION:

On perusal of the produced documents and subject to the above mentionedobservation and required documents I am
of the opinion that Mr.S.Vijaya Lakshmi W/o.Late Padmanabham is holding right and in possession over
sechedule property and is entitled to execute a Leave and License Agreementwith M/s. Reliance JioInfocomm
Limited for installation of telecom tower. Further he is competent to execute the lease/ Leave and License Agreement
for portion of the Schedule Property for a period of 20 years extended by mutual consent for a further period of 10
years in favour of the company, for erection of the Mobile Communication Tower/Antenna on the Schedule Property.
Further the landlord and Company should also obtain and produce all permissions and No Objections Certificate
from the competent authority/ies as required, as per the policy of State of Andhra Pradesh and Local laws
