Part 2 General Condition of Contract

1.14.a 'LTSA Contract Price' means the sum entered in the Agreement as the Memo
LTSA Scope of Gas Turbine as explained in Book 11-F excluding VAT.

1.15. 'Contract Schedule' means the schedule prepared as defined in Part 5,

Schedule 4[Contract Schedule Key Dates].

1.16. 'Day' means calendar day.

1.17. 'Effective Date of Contract' for EPC shall means the date when the following
preconditions have been fulfilled:
(1) Signing of Contract;
(2) Owner's Confirmation of Site Hand-over for Construction; and
(3) Date of the loan effectiveness.

'Effective Date of Contract' for LTSA shall follow requirement in the BOOK IIF
Subsection 5.8.

1.18. 'Engineer' means PT. PLN (Persero) Pusat Enjiniring Ketenagalistrikan at JI.
K.S. Tubun 1/2 Jakarta 11420 act as Engineer for the purpose of the Contract.

1.19. 'Final Acceptance Certificate' or 'FAG' means the certificate issued by the
Owner to the Contractor, after the first inspection at the end of the Warranty
Period for Unit and Block.

1.20. 'Final Contract Price' means the aggregate of:

(1) the Total Contract Price;

(2) the amounts of increase or decrease payable to the Contractor in

accordance with Clause 47 [Variations] herein;

(3) the amounts payable to the Contractor in respect of work performed on

Force Account basis in accordance with Part 3, Clause 1;

1.21. 'Force Account Work' means additional work ordered by the Owner and paid for
on a Force Account Work basis as provided in Part 3, Clause 1 [Force Account
Work].

1.22. 'Implementation Procedures' mean the procedures issued by the Owner

pursuant to Part 2, Clause 66 [Implementation Procedure].

1.23. 'Individual Tests' means those tests carried out on plant items or plant systems
