SCHOOL LEARNING ACTION CELL PLAN

Name of School: TABACAO NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL District: Talavera

I – RATIONALE:

Learning Action Cell (LAC) Session of Tabacao National High School is consistent with the procedures of the Annual Implementation Plan (AIP) of the school, but this is more focus on
continuing professional development strategy for the improvement of teaching and learning process. This will provide an opportunity for teachers to united, share ideas or review on some
specific instructional concerns and discuss on topics that can solve everyday problems in the students and to prepare this distance learning in the new normal scheme. This will also serve to
support the teachers for some innovative practices that would enhance their skills and competencies to professional leadership to adapt in the current situation.

II – OBJECTIVE:
 To enhance the teachers’ pedagogical knowledge, skills and attitudes in this current situation.
 To improve the teaching – learning process that will lead to improved learning among the students.
 To focus on learner’s diversity and student inclusion for the K-12 basic education program in this new normal scheme.
 To foster a professional collaborative spirit among school head, teachers, and the community as a whole.
