Overview:

I, Max Roycroft, was a witness, and victim, to judicial misconduct executed by MAYA LYNNETTE
HARRIS EVANS on July 23, 2021. MAYA LYNNETTE HARRIS EVANS violated several judicial canons including:
- Canon 1: Upholding the Integrity and Independence of the Judiciary
- Canon 2: Avoiding Impropriety and the Appearance of Impropriety in All of the Judge’s Activities
- Canon 3: Performing the Duties of Judicial Office Impartially and Diligently

MAYA LYNNETTE HARRIS EVANS failed to exhibit impartiality by displaying an extreme bias for the opposing
attorney, PAMELA SCHOCH, and in the course of the proceeding commited the crimes of OFFICIAL
OPPRESSION [Texas Penal Code § 39.03] and TAMPERING WITH GOVERNMENTAL RECORD [Texas Penal
Code § 37.10].

NOTICE OF CLAIM, OFFICIAL OPPRESSION, TEMPERING WITH

GOVERNMENTAL RECORD
I, a man, Max Roycroft, a creation of God Almighty [not STATE OF TEXAS], now serve “Notice
of Claim, Tampering with Governmental Record” against Maya Lynnette Harris Evans. The
attached document evidences crimes. Maya Lynnette Harris Evans is attempting to exert
authority that she does not expressly possess, and is attempting to deny I, a man, the full and
free access to the enjoyment of God given rights, secured by the Constitution(s) that govern,
rule, and bind Maya Lynnette Harris Evans. Maya Lynnette Harris Evans is provided three [3]
days upon receipt, to cure all crimes; failure to do so results in this Claim of $100,000
executing upon DEFAULT against Maya Lynnette Harris Evans, for Administering my Property
without right. I, a man, Max Roycroft, have personal knowledge of and asseverate the
following:

1. I, Max Roycroft, the Affiant, hereinafter I, me, my, myself, claim my body, information,
genetic material, are my Property.

2. I claim Kenneth Shane Raheed Roycroft, and any other offspring, while under the age
of consent, are my Property.

3. I am a living, natural, flesh and blood man and one of the people; a creation of God, not
of government. I am not a legal person, corporation, citizen, subject, resident, et al. and
am not subject to the Persons and corporations created by government, nor subject to
the written instruments created to govern Persons and corporations.

PERSON. “In law, man and person are not exactly-synonymous terms. Any
human being is a man, whether he be a member of society or not, whatever may
be the rank he holds, or whatever may be his age, sex, &c. A person is a man
considered according to the rank he holds in society, with all the rights to which
the place he holds entitles him, and the duties which it imposes.” Bouvier Law
Dictionary 1856

4. I reserve all of my God-given rights, waive no rights, EVER, which are secured by the
Constitution of Texas and the Constitution of the united States of America, that bind
both the Court and Maya Lynnette Harris Evans.

5. The Constitutions do not grant me rights and privileges, they only secure my inherent
God-given unalienable rights, which have been enumerated in the Constitutions, and
“excepted out of the general powers of government and shall forever remain inviolate.”

Texas Constitution Article 1 Sec. 29 - BILL OF RIGHTS EXCEPTED FROM

POWERS OF GOVERNMENT AND INVIOLATE. To guard against transgressions
of the high powers herein delegated, we declare that everything in this "Bill of
Rights" is excepted out of the general powers of government, and shall forever
remain inviolate, and all laws contrary thereto, or to the following provisions,
shall be void.



US Constitution Amendment 9 - Other Rights Kept by the People.

The enumeration in the Constitution of certain rights shall not be construed to
deny or disparage others retained by the people.

6. My rights do not come from “written instruments” or corporations, which were created
by other men with rights equal to mine - but never greater. My rights come from God -
my Creator and are unalienable and indefeasible. Any party claiming otherwise will have
to make such a claim in an Affidavit and be prepared to support that Affidavit with
testimony under oath and under the penalty of perjury that written instruments and
corporations grant me rights and privileges, that I already possess upon my creation by
the divine spark from God - my Creator.

7. No verified claim exists before this court, nor has process of service been served to I, a
man, Max Roycroft, from any man or woman stating a cause of action, claiming
trespass, wrong, or harm, due to the causation of anything I, a man, Max Roycroft,
allegedly did or did not do.

8. No probable cause [crime] exists before this Court, supported by Affidavit made under
oath or affirmation, from any man or woman, nor evidence of a man or woman claiming
breach of a verified obligation [contract]. No man, woman, CORPORATION, has
jurisdiction, standing, or personal knowledge, involving any matter concerning I, a man,
Max Roycroft.

9. No obligation [contract] exists containing my wet signature, consenting to,

acknowledging, believing, adhering to, written instrument(s) [Texas Family Code
Chapter 231], authored by men and women [public servants] doing business as
government service corporations [corporate FICTIONS].

10. No verification has been provided of who [public servant(s)] authored written
instrument(s) [Texas Family Code Chapter 231], nor evidence provided of my nexus to
written instrument(s) created by men and women [public servants] doing business as
government service corporations [corporate FICTIONS].

11. Without verified obligation [contract] evidencing consent, written instrument(s) [Texas
Family Code Chapter 231] are of no force or affect; as I, a man, am not Property of the
men and women who authored said written instrument(s).

12. All alleged matters had been previously addressed via Affidavit of Fact, served upon the
party Trespassing in this alleged matter and attempting to move this false claim,
received on 7/15/2021 [Certified Mail# 7020 2450 0001 9618 2977] and Defaulted on
7/20/2021.

 13. The alleged moving party’s failure to rebut my Affidavit of Fact with their counter
affidavit, evidences their Default, tacit agreement, and acquiescence, that my stated
facts are the true facts, and that there never existed probable cause, or a valid claim or
controversy, before this court, concerning I, a man, Max Roycroft.

14. Maya Lynnette Harris Evans [public servant] is Trespassing and moving a false claim,
forged in the name of a corporate fiction [STATE OF TEXAS], against I, a man, Max
Roycroft.

15. Maya Lynnette Harris Evans exhibited bias toward the moving party, PAMELA
SCHOCH, by allowing her to submit testimony without being put under oath despite
being required by the opposing party.

16. Maya Lynnette Harris Evans violated the due process of I, a man, Max Roycroft, by
intentionally interrupting and prohibiting any statement to be made in opposition to the
moving party, PAMELA SCHOCH.

17. Maya Lynnette Harris Evans entered knowingly false entries into the court records,
stating that I, a man, Max Roycroft, has made a general appearance when it was clearly
stated that a special appearance was made.

18. Maya Lynnette Harris Evans ignored objections clarifying that fact that I, a man, Max
Roycroft, made a special appearance before the court.

19. Maya Lynnette Harris Evans violated the due process of I, a man, Max Roycroft, by
intentionally muting I, a man, during the proceeding prohibiting objections crucial for
appeal.

AFFIDAVIT OF FACT
Before me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared Max Roycroft, who being by me
duly sworn, deposed as follows: “I, Max Roycroft, a man and a creation of God-Almighty, am
over the age of consent, am of sound mind, and have personal knowledge of the matters
stated herein. I have created this Affidavit to establish the true facts of this matter, because this
matter lacks the standard of regularity. I declare under the penalty of perjury by the laws of the
united States of America, that I testify here, and will testify in open court, that the facts stated
herein are the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, so help me God.”

1. On July 23, 2021, I joined a zoom meeting through credentials sent to me by mail from
the OFFICE OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF TEXAS, hereinafter OAG.

2. PAMELA SCHOCH, representing the OAG, and I, Max Roycroft, appeared before MAYA
LYNNETTE HARRIS EVANS.

3. PAMELA SCHOCH requested a service on the record and MAYA LYNNETTE

HARRIS EVANS granted it without discussion.

4. MAYA LYNNETTE HARRIS EVANS attempted to service I, Max Roycroft, on the record.

5. I, Max Roycroft, declared before that court, "I’m here by special appearance. I reserve
all my rights and waive none, EVER."

6. MAYA LYNNETTE HARRIS EVANS interrupted the opening statement of I, Max

Roycroft, and would not let I, a man, address it anytime after in the proceeding.

7. MAYA LYNNETTE HARRIS EVANS asked to put I, Max Roycroft, under oath.

8. I, Max Roycroft, asked if I, a man, would be waiving any right by swearing in, to which
MAYA LYNNETTE HARRIS EVANS replied, "No sir, you are not giving up any rights."

9. I, Max Roycroft, swore under oath that I would tell the truth.

10. I, Max Roycroft, objected to PAMELA SCHOCH testify to this case by I, a man, stating
"Objection, judge. If Miss SCHOCH is going to testify in this case, I require that the
Court put her under oath".

11. MAYA LYNNETTE HARRIS EVANS stated that PAMELA SCHOCH was not going to
testify.

12. PAMELA SCHOCH testified "Judge, I emailed a copy of the STATE’s petition filed June
1st, 2021 to Mr. Max Roycroft this morning."

13. As of July 25, 2021, I, Max Roycroft, have not been serviced in any civil matter related
to the OAG by mail, email, or service processor.

14. MAYA LYNNETTE HARRIS EVANS stated, "Miss SCHOCH I’m..uh..note he’s made a
general appearance."

15. I, Max Roycroft, stated, "Objection, I’ve made a special appearance".

16. I, Max Roycroft, was forcibly muted through the Zoom so that I, a man, could not
appropriate participate in the proceeding.

17. I, Max Roycroft, after unmuting myself on Zoom, stated again, "Objection, I’m here by
special appearance", to which MAYA LYNNETTE HARRIS EVANS responded "Ok."

18. PAMELA SCHOCH requested a reset for September 24, 2021, which MAYA LYNNETTE
HARRIS EVANS granted without any input from I, Max Roycroft.

19. I, Max Roycroft, stated, "Objection, there is no standing, she [PAMELA SCHOCH] has
no jurisdiction, and no personal knowledge to..".

20. MAYA LYNNETTE HARRIS EVANS interrupted the statement of I, Max Roycroft, and
stated "I am removing you from my court."

21. I, Max Roycroft, was not able to finish an objection before being ejected from the Zoom
meeting.

22. I, Max Roycroft, was not able to make any other statements.

23. On the court registry, found through the DALLAS COUNTY, TEXAS COURTS PORTAL
[https://courtsportal.dallascounty.org/DALLASPROD/], under the comments for
"07/23/2021 HEARING", it reads "OAG, NCP AND CP PRESENT, NCP MADE A
GENERAL APPEARANCE AND CASE CONT TO 9-24-21."
