If you are eating a diet replete with processed, refined foods (sugar, pizza, bread

etc) you are essentially 'feeding' the bad gut bugs increasing appetite, weight &
inflammation. Add healthy foods to 'feed' the healthy gut bugs to promote fat
loss.

Ideally organic: use the rind for Vit C.


Fiber has two uses: lowering GI of carb rich foods and leveraging the satiety of fat
to the max. kind of useless if you don’t consume carbs to begin with.
