Note:

1) Apart from the above model, in case there is no official in a particular position, the next higher level
will make the appraisal.
2) If there is no official in supervising position, it will be dispensed with.
3) In case of PA’s directly reporting to the level Directors or GMs, the said Director/GM will act as a
Reporting Officer and rest will be dispensed with.
4) Level of Reporting Officer shall be the compulsory level.
