5.1 Problems:
Observing working of different departments of BSKL during my internship period &
analyzing all information I’ve collected regarding the same I’ve noticed the following
problems BSKL have-
5.2 Recommendation:
After analyzing all those findings I recommend the following things:
They should ensure best quality of the raw materials they use.
They should maintain cordial relation with workers so that productivity increases.
Human resource practice is traditional and also unethical (favoritism & nepotism).
Unskilled & corrupted person entered in the organization due to this. So, the company
should overcome this behavior in order for recruiting experienced and highly
educated employees.
Their recruitment & selection procedure should be developed.
Their salary & other benefits payment are not at satisfactory level, it should be
rational.
Floor space is not adequate to produce large volume of production. for free production
of large volume floor space should be extended.
This factory should take proper step to improve their quality of products
5.3 Conclusions:
Moreover, regular practice of compliance codes of conduct can bring higher price of
products, lower labor unrest, less worker turnover rate, highest worker morality, highest
productivity and product quality, smooth industrial relation as well as global image and
reputation. Thus RMG industry can ensure best quality of their product & maintain
international standard which will help them to attract & retain foreign buyers which will
serve their business purpose as well as accelerate our economy.
