I have 3 years experience in Quality Control of Microbiology Division in a bio similar

pharmaceutical company. I am mainly responsible in Environmental Monitoring of Clean
rooms, thus I get use to work with large pool of data, analyzing and processing those
data and transforming them into charts. Performing calculation for alert and action limit
for each rooms also something that I can performed. Not only limited to that, I also have
experience in managing monthly schedule of Environmental Monitoring and making
Environmental Monitoring Program that is reflected in a Quality Risk Management. I also
have good understanding in various guidelines of Environmental Monitoring, such as EU
GMP Annex 1, WHO EM of Clean rooms in Vaccine Manufacturing Facilities, etc.

I am proficient in general microbiology laboratory skill, (such as microbiological

identification, microbiological enumeration, microbial limit of water, and endotoxin
testing), and familiar with local and internasional GMP regulations. I also have good
understanding in Good Laboratory Practice and Good Documentation Practice. I have
strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure and time limit, and have a
good communication skill and also a team player.

I have been trained in managing OOS/OOT/deviation and finding the root cause of the
OOT/OOS/deviation. Even though, I am not familiar with OSHA and SMK3 regulation, I
am willing to learn about that regulations.
