How Great Thou art Great is thy Faithfulness

O Lord my God, When I in awesome wonder, Great is thy faithfulness, O God my father

Consider all the worlds Thy Hands have made; There is no shadow of turning with thee

I see the stars, I hear the rolling thunder, Thou changest not, thy compassions they fail not

Thy power throughout the universe displayed. As thou hast been thou forever wilt be

(Chorus) (Chorus)

Then sings my soul, My Saviour God, to Thee, And great is thy faithfulness

How great Thou art, How great Thou art. Great is thy faithfulness

Then sings my soul, My Saviour God, to Thee, Morning by morning new mercies I see

How great Thou art, How great Thou art! All I have needed thy hand hath provided

Great is thy faithfulness

When through the woods, and forest glades I wander, Lord unto me

And hear the birds sing sweetly in the trees.

When I look down, from lofty mountain grandeur Summer and winter, springtime and harvest

And see the brook, and feel the gentle breeze. Sun, moon, and stars in their courses above

(Repeat Chorus) Join with all nature in manifold witness

And when I think, that God, His Son not sparing; To thy great faithfulness, mercy, and love

Sent Him to die, I scarce can take it in; (Repeat Chorus)

That on the Cross, my burden gladly bearing,

He bled and died to take away my sin. Pardon for sin and peace that endureth

(Repeat Chorus) Thine own dear presence to cheer and to guide

When Christ shall come, with shout of acclamation, Strength for today and bright hope for tomorrow

And take me home, what joy shall fill my heart. Blessings all mine with ten thousand beside

Then I shall bow, in humble adoration, (Repeat Chorus)

And then proclaim: "My God, how great Thou art!"
