PROPOSE TITLE FOR THESIS:

The Development of QR ID VERIFICATION CODE System that will protect the vital
information and data of each student and faculty member in the school.

General Problem
The main problem is the lack of purpose of the school ID’s by the students, faculties, and
staff of the institute.
Specific Problem
 Students nowadays do not recognize the primary function of their identity cards, resulting
in an unsafe atmosphere both inside and outside of school.
 Students perceive the procedure of obtaining their statement of accounts to be time
demanding, requiring them to wait in long lines only to find out their payment status.
 There is no other method to protect the information of the institute's students, faculty, and
staff.
 The absence of security in the institute's entry and exit processes

OBJECTIVES
General Objectives:
To establish a QR ID VERIFICATION CODE SYSTEM that will protect the vital
information and data of all students, faculty, staff, and visitors to the school.

Specific Objectives:
 To develop an application that will provide an online checking of grade results, fees, and
other information of the student
 To develop an application that will change the daily time records of the faculties and
staff of the institute.

Scope and Limitation:

The ID with a QR Code may only be used online by the ID Holder or any institute
employee, and everything is done with the help of a QR reader or the Sema Code. The code may
easily offer all of the holder's information through a computer software where the student may
check his/her tuition prices, grades, class schedule, and medical data. Students can use their IDs
as a pass to gain admission to the school premises. The administration can easily track each
individual's admission at that precise time and date. This QR ID is also valid for all school visits
as proof of admission and purpose.

Rapid Application Development Methodology
This is the list of Rapid Application Development and the step by step process that the

project team will use in developing the system. It helps to develop the system accurately and

successfully.

Planning. This relates to the planning of the team project in the system's development. The

project team members must work well together and be aware of their respective roles and

responsibilities. The team's initiative is to create a functional system. This contains the letter of

authorization for defense planning. This step also entails adequate budgeting of funds for all of

their expenses, such as printing and fare payments.

Determine Requirements. During the requirements analysis phase, the system project's

requirements were gathered by studying the user's demands. This phase is focused with

determining what the researchers, in collaboration with the system analyst, require for both soft

and hard approaches, which include: interviews, questionnaires, document analysis, and user

observation.

Analysis Design. This is the stage of coding that follows the system analyst's system design.
