During 2,5 years of my work experience I had 5 managers till now.

I would like to tell you some true

stories about them.
All of my managers were different person. A few of them were polite to employees but one of them was
so malicious person but for sure I learned a lot from their behavior.
My first manager was my cousin. I worked in his company like warehouse worker. He was polite for me
but it is normal because we are family, but not only for me but for all of employees. All of employees in
his company respect and like him. Everyone called him by his name without “director” prefix. It was my
holiday work so after 3 months I left this job.
When I left this job I got a new job in Millennium Bank. Firstly I worked in Wroclaw. Then I had the
worst manager in my career. Once I came to job and she told me that in next month I will work 3
weekends and she did not care that I have studies at weekends. It made me angry. She everytime
screamed on me and she pressed a lot to sale bank products. I worked in the branch with customers but
she everyday screamed that we should go to meeting room and call to clients with our offer. Everything
we had to put in the report, for example how many phones we did, how many people are interested, when
somebody is not interested explain why.
After few months she went on sick leave and we got new manager. It was the best time in this job. Patrick
was 25 years old so he was no much elder then our team. We had relation like friend with friend. When
he was busy and I saw that he is tired I went to him and told him: Come on, Patrick, you are working to
much, let’s go smoke. At these time, when Patrick was my manager, my hated job was my lovely job and
I wanted to end Logistics studies and go on Finance and Accounting. I worked about one year with
Patrick and when I had to go to work 70 km but my loved my work so I were going there with smile on
my face.
After one year with Patrick, me and Patrick left this branch. Patrick changed his job and I was transferred
from Wroclaw to Legnica. Manager in Legnica was the same like first manager in Millennium Bank in
Wroclaw.
I stayed there for half a year and finally I found new job which is based on investment funds. I work from
home and I never was in the office. I know my manager only from video communicators but in my
opinion he is polite for me and my team but he is a bit lazy as I am still missing one access to the system
and he is responsible for sending requests for that but when I need any approvals he replies immediately.
Summarizing, Patrick was the best manager and he changed my hated job to my lovely job, but still
sometimes this job was tiring and difficult. Now I have a job which I like with a good manager.
