Day 1
It was my first day as an employee. I woke up very early choosing the best fit for an internship. I
choose the student uniform and pick all needed stuff. Around 8.30 am I arrived at the company.
The first task that i need to face is being nice and friendly to all the teammates. As it was too
early, everyone had not arrived yet. I was sitting in the meeting room waiting for all my
teammates. When the real working life was coming, I was introduced to all the teammates. It
was a wonderful beginning of the day. We started with reviewing our day with the concept of
“Good day” and “To do list”. “Good day” is what we met and it made our day. The “To do list” is
about what we will do today. I was assigned to work with the marketing and creative team. I got
a brief from my teammate about the work that we were hiring for. We were working in
commercial marketing for EXACT or the public highway of Thailand. I was assigned to create
the hashtag for promoting the usage of highways under the concept of “used highway to easily
get to your love”. Around 11.30 it was lunch time, the front of the company had a lot of street
food available. I was enjoying my first lunch and during the lunch we were having a discussion
which made me more relaxed. Around 12.30 pm, I got back to my work. At 1 pm, we were
meeting to brief a new customer's business and update the working progress. Ms. Koy,
accountant and office manager wrote all the customer’s banding and what is their point that
wanted to let us create for the board. We were brainstorming and divided each part. I was
assigned to support and help in the creative part. It was a time available at 3 pm, therefore Ms.
Koy, who had a role of taking care of me during this internship, showed me the works of the
company and what our role is in our company.
Day 2
It was my second day that I arrived at the company at 9.00 am. We did the same routine as
yesterday by starting the day with “Good day” and “To do list”. I walk around the company
knowing more teammates and a wonderful morning started by the drip coffee from a lovely
teammate that is doing the hand dripping for all of us. The coffee at 10 am wakes me up freshly
and I am ready to start a new task. For the second day my goal is creating a short film plot for
EXACT. In this short film I need to create the dialogue and all the story boards under the
concept of “you are special on a special highway”. I was designing the story to be about the love
happening on the highway. With the special security service that is offered on the new
application “EXACT Portal” makes any accident be controlled directly by the specialist. I
observed the system and worked in EXACT security to combine and put some screen to the
plot. Around 4 pm there was an online meeting with our customer to update the brand logo that
we created and the theme of the company to directly represent the brand's uniqueness. During
the meeting, there were the mistakes understood from our team and customers in logos.
Customers wanted the logo that they already designed and in this meeting, customers were
expected to see the final logo design that was developed by us, not the alternatives design and
the marketing plan. This caused us to have new meetings this week and rush to do a lot of
work. This is such a long day for me as everything is being rushed and I was assigned more
work. After the meeting ended, the head of our team, which is also our CEO, briefed the work
again and assigned each work to be done by the next meeting.
Day 3
Today was a normal working day and I needed to wake up really early. Around 9.15, I arrived at
the company. I was introduced to a new plant nutrition brand named “SINEI”. This was not a
new customer in our company but they still need help from us. Therefore, as a creative and
marketing i needed to create the content in TikTok videos. At 10 am, I was getting to know the
brand by screaming through their TikTok and researching more about the product. Moreover I
was doing the research of the engagement that they entered through their TikTok and the target
that they gained. At 11 am, I was going through the popular agricultural content to research
about the interest of the market and found that most of the content was mostly real and giving
the knowledge to the viewer. After the lunch break, I still think about the plot of the videos. They
asked for 3 different plots that related to the product and had a concept that met the interest of
teenage viewers. The time went really fast, I designed the storyboard and a clear explanation in
each scene. Moreover I was added a choice in each video to have more details that will lead to
the interest of our target audience. I finished designing 2 storyboards at 4 pm. However the new
task was coming, i was assigned to create the content about “Earthworm feeding”. The first
thing that I did was research. I need to know the basic knowledge and theory of feeding the
earthworm, as there are many different ingredients and different ways, I need to find the best
and effective way which can be created as the content in TikTok. I struggled with the research
and finally knew that most of the factors were the ingredients that were used to feed. Most of the
effective ingredients were dung of the animal.
Day 4
It was a rushing thursday. I got the SINEI plant nutrition product to try on my own plant and I
need to take a promotional picture. It was a busy morning and I woke up really late. I took a
picture of the product as the presenter and quickly changed my outfit to get ready for work. I
arrived at the company around 9.30 am. The first task that i did was sending my photos to the
group to let them use it to promote in the social media. I got a lovely cup of coffee to wake me
up and get ready for this long day. I continued doing the content to promote SINEI Plant
Protector and Plant Food Spray. As yesterday I completed about 2 pieces of content, therefore I
need to complete another one left by today but it was not necessary anymore as it was created
by another creative already. I decided to continue working on the “Earthworm Feeding” content.
From all the research, I concluded that the differences of animal dung affect the growth of
earthworms. This influenced my ideas of “KinKhi the series” which will use the difference of
dung as the experiment of feeding earthworm and with the series ideas will make the viewer
want to keep following the result. It was about 2 pm when I was getting deep in creating the plot
of “KinKhi the series' '. A new task came up immediately, I was assigned to plan the schedule of
the Offien class “Prung Din Heal Jai '' and “Sai Deun Sai Ngein ''. Which will happen to gain the
interest of people visiting the SINEI farm. This day was passing really fast with all the work that I
responded to as an employee to make my time pass through easily.
Day 5
After I was almost done with SINEI content “KinKhi the series” and completely done with their
schedule. I arrived at the company around 9.30 am as usual. Today seems to be not a heavy
day for me. I was still doing my tasks and all my teammates said that today will have a new
customer visiting our company. I was truly excited and they asked me to join the meeting.
Around 1.30 pm the CEO's assistant asked me to join the meeting instead of her, which means
that there will be only me as an intern and our CEO to get a brief from the new customers. The
meeting time was around 2 pm. I was fully excited and my brain was blank. At 2 pm the
customer walked in our company and now my role is the assistant that also being the creative
and marketing. I was listening to the brief and customers' wants and taking a note detailly to
record all the important wants and brand’s information that will have a major effect on our works.
At 3 pm the meeting was almost over, they were asked for my suggestion, I gave them the ideas
of being teenagers and our interest in fish maw. After the long meeting and discussion, our CEO
was briefing the details and business ideas of this new customer while having me as the
supporter. After all the briefings I was assigned directly to do the presentation about the “Fish
Maw '' company which will be used next week. I needed to research the target market, selling
plant, market price and all business details to research the competitor and opportunity to
develop and expand “NB fish maw”, our customer.
Day 6
This is my last day of being a part of EXTRA SUNDAY, the best work experience in my life.
Even though it was my last day, it was still a long day. I started the day at 9.30 as usual and
began by researching about the fish maw. I was getting to know more about our customer's
company and their competitor. The next step was the presentation that I needed to put all the
business details in. About 11 am I was almost fishing for my presentation, therefore I sent it to
our CEO to recheck. He was replying back and asked to add more market price. As our
customers were in a really niche market, it was difficult to find the actual market price and the
competitors' information. I needed to research the store that sold fish maw both wholesaler and
retailer. After lunch, I'm still working on calling the store and visiting all the online stores of fish
maw. I spent more than two hours working on the presentation as there were many
requirements and the hardest part was reading the requirements that our CEO listed down on
the board. Moreover, I need to research the market through social media, to see the target and
use of our target. I was entering the Love fish maw club on FaceBook to list out the interest of
customers and collecting the data.During the work,I was always asked many questions by my
teammates about the best ways to do the presentation and some details that I was lacking on.
As this is my last day, we have many conversations about our life and exchange our thoughts
while working. Lastly of the day, about 5 pm, I go through all my response work. Before the last
minute came, Ms. Koy entered and asked all the teammates to say something about me. I was
gaining a lot of encouragement from them and I said thank you to all of them for giving me a
wonderful experience. Even though it was a short time, it was the best time ever that taught me
and made me know more about my abilities and skills.
