6th Week Report ( 3rd September - 9th September)

This week has been really hectic. This was probably the hardest week I have worked for The
Bridge Interactive Limited. I have been given materials on post types, video types, website
building information, merchandising operations so that I can start pitching my ideas to the
clients. For some reason I have been selected to go to the meetings to deliver our pitch. My boss
has praised me for my communication skills. But I get really nervous sometimes when I go to
meetings. I still have a long way to go and a lot more to learn. I still handle my old task of
handling clients and scheduling meetings for our team.

This week we went to Navana and Sajida Foundation to pitch our ideas. Navana has shown
interest in our event plan for them more than our application idea. We were asked to give a
quotation on our expected budget of the project. We still have not decided on our budget but
hopefully soon we will finalize the quotation. I was excited for the application idea because I
have written all the details and steps how the app would look and feel to the users in terms of
user experience. They said the app will not serve that much purpose because people still prefer to
buy apartments by seeing them because they have trust issues with business dealings in
Bangladesh. They kept the idea and they said they will discuss it.

Another meeting we went to was the Sajida Foundation. This is an NGO. We went there to help
them make new events with some unique ideas. They are a non-profit organization. Till now all
the offices I have been through this is the best office in terms of interior, office ambience,
openness. Their office has this ZEN ambience throughout the floors. We sat there and pitched
our ideas. We had such a good conversation that our meeting lasted more than 50 minutes and
they asked a lot of questions. Fortunately, my colleague handled the unprecedented questions.
Basically I got nervous during the Q&A sessions for lack of knowledge on how all of our
services work. This is why I asked for all the materials to study on how each of the services
work. Once I get to know this I will do good. I am confident.

Tomorrow we have a meeting with Coca-Cola. I am excited since I have been reading the
materials for the last 3 days. I think now I can easily answer the questions asked by them. I am
hoping to become a better version of myself by putting in work for my organization. I am
enjoying the fieldwork more. I have already asked my employer to assign me tasks which are
more outgoing. I do not enjoy sitting inside an office. I think I am understanding that what field I
should choose to pursue in the future
