1. What is content moderator:

Review content at social media platform (Tiktok) and conduct quality control on
the content to make sure it complies with the local policy given by the client. Example
for content violating to the policy: Nudity, Murder, Pornography, Pedophile, Rape,
Beheading, Terrorist, Political, Drug, Hate speech, Shamming Bully, Cyber Bully, Child
Abuse, Animal Abuse. 
2. Where do you see yourself in 2 years down the line? – State your career goal
here. What you going to be in the next 2 year working in Accenture.
In the next 2 years I envision myself taking on as many possible projects for my
position. hopefully I can develop my career in this company as a senior content
moderator. So I don’t mind giving guidance to others when that time comes.

3. Availabilities to join client – Probe for any educational/ advocacy/ personal

commitments that conflicts training/prod sched, assess if it falls within training
timeframe or is it flexible

My schedule is flexible. I don’t mind to work on shifting. I am free and ready to

start as soon as possible

5. Why is Content Moderator important?

Basically, content moderator aim is to protect the client brand and users. As well
as to help client in reduce the risk ffrom upsetting and offensive content. Content
moderator also prevent bullies from taking advantage of client branding.
6. What is latest trending issue in your country (Indonesia)?
The president allows people to do activities outside without wearing a mask, but
some places still recomemmend to keep wearing mask. There was a flood caused by
the overflow of sea water in the north of java island.
7. How do you handle stress? 
Take a moment to rest or I can drinking my favorite drink to improve my mood. Or
I can work while listening to the music.
Usually, once I feel stress not in working hours. I will make time for my personal
life even for short while, to build positivity in myself. And I will look for activity that can
build up my mood, like sport or even just watch movie or eat my favorite food. For in
working hours, I will just take a deep breath and take coffee break to make myself relax.
 8. How do you handle if you have disagreement with your Team Leader/Manager?

As a work ethic, I will follow and do all instruction for what my team leader or
manager said. Because I believe my team leader get instruction from management.

9. .Tell me about a time, you received a call from your TL or Manager during your
off day asking you to support the team due to not enough staff. How will you
respond?

If the notification is sudden then I still have to adjust to my current situation, if I

have free time then I accept it. But if I have activities the I have to heavy heart

10. Are you comfortable working in shift? Public holidays? – This project required
you to work 24/7 shift rotational (8 hour per shift and 5 working days a week).
There is no negotiation about the shift. The moment you are asking for
permanently particular shift, they will not proceed with you/failed the interview.

I don’t mind working shift rotation. This is not big deal for me, I am willing to work
for rotational shift and work on public holiday.

11. Are you comfortable viewing sensitive content (porn, commit suiside, etc)

I don’t mind viewing sensitive content. I am fine to review any content even for
sensitive content.

12. Is that salary package meet your expectations? Salary Package : RM 3000

during probation for 3 month, RM 3500 after probation. Fixed salary and
nonnegotiable.
