• Monitor field production data and forecast also calculate equity and shares
• Analyzed and report field event and figures to management and headquarter with 7 days working hours in
a week
• Automated reporting tasks by building scripts and modules. Able to enhance the work efficiency by
almost 80%
• Created 5+ mini database projects and integrate the data with the front end to improve team monitoring
task and decision making in the field
• Collaborated with other 20+ people in another department, field, and important partners

• Led team consist of 10 people to concept and execute recruitment and training events.
• Managed 80 mentors and staff. Successfully trained and promoted 98 freshmen to be members of the
organization.
