Noida Warehouse Scenario 1

 Modern warehouse (preferably CLASS A Warehouse) as per international standards

(Current Noida facility size is 11500 sqm), which includes training centre. (Below is the
structure of training centre)
 G+6 racking (height 34 feet)
 Dock Levellers – 5 dock levellers are required (4 fixed + 1 flexible), to accommodate all
types of vehicles for Inbound / Outbound including container trucks, minimum turning
radius for 40 ft container.
 Full compliant to Indian government legislation.
 Firefighting protection including fire hydrants, fire hoses, and fire / smoke alarms.

Facility shall have engineered/active and/or passive fire protection system (sprinkler, hydrants, smoke detection,
fire extinguishers) in place as per country regulations as a minimum. It is preferable that this engineered fire
protection system is as per FM / NFPA standards wherever the relevant standard is available.

• This is a mandatory requirement if required by country regulations.

• Documentary evidence relating to Fire / Loss Prevention systems shall be shared

 Fully furnished air-conditioned office for 15 personnel for Noida depot proximity to
amenities i.e. lunch room, toilets etc. this sitting arrangement must be separate from
3PL siting set up. 2 fully furnished cabins are also required in the same set up of 15
people.
 Facility to have a conference room (min. 20-person capacity) that is available for staff to
use. This is applicable for Noida depot only.
 Mezzanine setup to include chutes (a slopping channel or slide for conveying material
from upper level to lower level), also Goods lift is mandatory along with flat bed
platform for forklift operation, for prompt movement of packages from all levels.
