I agree with the angle that you took in reflecting on this material. I especially liked

your point where you noted that creativity combines relevance and novelty to bring up the

best solutions to problems. The main idea of the video was well presented. I would say that

this part was excellently handled.

I loved the focus you took on the breakdown where Momaw groups the audience into

pairs and gives them a task. I agree that this might have been an important aspect to portray

how powerful it is working in groups. This can indeed lead to motivation which would foster

creativity. We do build upon others' ideas to develop our own even better. This was a great

illustration. It gives me a new perspective that I had not taken towards understanding

creativity and thank you for bringing this up.

Your closing points are well presented. You have an interesting approach toward this

point. You make it clear that collaboration leads to excellence in creativity. However, I think

you should have noted that there are no stupid ideas when it comes to creativity. You should

also have pointed that with creativity you have to be able to explain an experience and help

others replicate it, unlike artistry.

I also think that some points are not well presented or clearly stated. You should have

pointed the difference between creativity and innovation. should have also noted how

creativity fosters innovation. Other than these missing points enjoyed reading your reflection.
