EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT

This Agreement made as of _______ day of October 2019, between RLS Food Stall (Mr.
Takoyaki) (the “Employer”) and Juan Dela Cruz (the “Employee).

WHEREAS, Employee is willing to agree to be employed by the Employer upon subject to

the terms herein provided.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreement set forth
below, it is hereby covenanted and agreed by the Employer and the Employees as
follows:

1. Employee is hereby appointed as a regular service crew/cook reckoned from the

first day of actual work.

2. Employee manifests and guarantees that he possesses the requisite qualities and
competencies needed by the Employer in the conduct and course of its business;

3. As a regular employee you are expected:

a. To be competent in your assigned work.

b. To be Industrious.
c. To be diligent.
d. To be efficient
e. To be honest and have integrity as a member of our company
f. To fully cooperate and maintain a healthy relationship with management and
your co-workers.
g. To promptly report for work at exactly from 9:30 a.m. until 6:30 p.m. You are
expected to report for work six days in a week, with one rest day as may be
assigned by the Employer. The rest day may be transferred to other days of the
week in case your service may be needed.

4. Employee will receive a gross basic daily rate of P500.00 per day, subject to
withholding tax, SSS premiums, Pag-ibig contributions, Philhealth dues and other
government-required deductions.

5. During and after the Employment period, the Employee will not divulge or
appropriate to his own use or to the use of other’s in competition with Company.
Any secret or confidential information or knowledge pertaining to the business of
the Company, or any of its subsidiaries, obtained in any way while employed by
the Company. In order to ensure the company’s secrets, you are prohibited from
being employed with any other related business within six (6) months from
resignation or separation from this company. Any violation of this AGREEMENT
shall carry with it a liquidated damage equivalent to the service crew’s total
compensation for six months.

6. During the period of your employment under the Agreement, employee shall not
directly, or indirectly, own manage, operate, join, control, be employed by or
participate in the ownership, management, operation, or control of, or be
 connected in any manner with any business in competition with, directly or
indirectly, or similar to the business of employer.

7. The Employee is required to comply with the all existing rules, regulations and
policies of the Company as well as those which may hereafter be issued, including
but not limited to those governing order and discipline, honesty, safety and
security, work assignments and standard operating procedures, use of Company
properties and access to matters of confidentiality, and such other rules deemed
necessary in the conduct of our business;

8. The company reserves the right to terminate your services at any time within this
period in the event that your performance is deemed unsatisfactory or for any of
the just and authorized causes provided by existing law as well as any legal
reasons such as alcohol or drugs abuse.

9. In case the Employee intend to resign from the Company, he is required to notify
the Company at least thirty (30) days prior to the effectivity of your resignation,
otherwise, failure on your part to do so will render you liable for damages.

10. This Agreement may be amended or modified only by a written instrument signed
by the Employee and by a duly authorized representative of the Company.
