Here, you have two options: the normal form or the abbreviation

We use do not or am not / are not or aren’t We use is not or isn’t with:

Notice: you have to use “I am not”, there isn’t abbreviation for this.
The structure of the negative form is created by adding the auxiliaries do or does plus the negation not
Here you have two options the normal form or the abbreviation

Don’t ----- I don’t work here Doesn’t ----- Alex doesn’t clean her room

Remember:
In positive sentences, we have two (2) forms for each verb (Except verbs such as: To be – To have),
depending on the person we are talking about.

But, to use a verb in negative or interrogative forms, we have to use the VERB without those rules:
