Williams Model 7100
Description
The new Williams Model 7100 is designed to handle
today’s most demanding underbalanced drilling
requirements and consists of:
! A new higher pressure tested rotating control
head.
! A remote explosion proof modular power unit.
! A remote monitoring / control console
It is available in explosion proof and offshore
models and comes with or without a side outlet
flange. This new unit is also equipped with a captive
space vent for purging the system in sour gas
applications.
The Williams 7100 system is rotary or top drive
capable and offers unprecendented serviceability of
its dual (redundant) stripper rubbers that are stretch-
fit and self-actuating for additional safety, as
pressures increase while drilling. This is
accomplished without sacrificing excellent low
pressure sealability.
Weatherford provides full on-site set up and value
added support of its systems, including delivery,
installation, instruction and a full range of
accessories.
