Introduction

Research shows that the nitrogen concentration in urine is about 8000-10000mg/L. in the fresh urine the nitrogen are

mainly in the form of urea. It is believed that the nitrogen mainly comes from urine which only takes 1% of the

wastewater. The urine flows into the septic tank and then contacts with the sludge in the septic tank. After 10~16 h, it

flows into Wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) through sewage pipe network . In the WWTP, denitrification process
mainly depends on the oxidation ditch and A-A-O reactor which denitrification process mainly focus on the removal

of ammonia nitrogen from sewage. Hence, the study on the migration and transforming characteristic of nitrogen is
(Faeces, Urine , Kichen waste )
crucial for wastewater treatment process.
Currently, the effluent of wastewater plant containing excessive nitrogen is a common problem. The reason is that
Greywater71.9%
domestic sewage lack of carbon source, but rich of nitrogen source. It can lead to the result that the wastewater fails
to guarantee enough carbon sources for denitrifying bacteria to survive. It also causes the reality that not only the
process fails to meet the demand on denitrification but also water quality hardly meets the compliance.

Under three temperatures, the content of NH3-N increases slightly and

Conclusions
Under natural condition, urine urea is fairly constant with a lower decomposition rate.
The speed of urine urea hydrolyzes to generate ammonia nitrogen increases respectively under the direct catalysis effect of free urease and the indirect
catalysis effect of microorganisms.
