    REQUIREMENTS
    1. Bachelor’s Degree Transcript of Records
    APRIL 25, 2021 (Original & Photocopy).
    2. 2-copies 2” x 2” photo taken recently with
    NAME TAG. (Selfie not Accepted)
    3. Valid I.D. (Original & Photocopy).
    TEST VENUE 4. Non-refundable Test Fee (P300.00).
    • Application Form can be downloaded in WMSU
    WMSU Main Campus NOTE: website (www.wmsu.edu.ph).
    • Applicants outside Zamboanga City can submit during
    registration period the requirements and the
    Registration Period application form online with the deposit slip of non-
    refundable Test Fee. Original copies of document can
    Mar. 29 - Apr. 23, 2021 be submitted during testing date for verification
    purposes.
