Further to our interactions with you, we are pleased to inform you that you have been
selected for the Virtusa Train and Hire programme.
You will be required to submit the softcopy of your 10th, 12th, Diploma and degree
certificates along with the signed copy of this letter as an acknowledgement of
acceptance. Non-submission of these documents will be treated as non-acceptance of
this offer.
1. PROGRAM INFORMATION
● The training program will run from 10th May onwards for 45 days, from
Mondays to Fridays
● The training language will be English and all the program content will be in
English.
● If you are looking for a different job offer/hold a job offer before the training
ends, you will have to inform us.
● Post training, you will have to complete the OCJA certification to be eligible for
attending the final interview with Virtusa.
2. EXAM FEE REFUND POLICY
Note: The certification test has to be taken as soon as the 45 days training is over
and the slot booking should be done during the 1st week of training itself. You will
be guided by the mentors on this.
4. ENROLLMENT TERMINATION:
● In case of expulsion for any of the reasons mentioned above, the candidate
will NOT be entitled to the certification fee refund.
5. AMENDMENTS TO TERMS
Upon successful completion of the training, certification and final interview, you will be
inducted as a Full Stack Developer at Virtusa with an Annual CTC of Rs. 400000/-
This letter is a communication of the training program and is not a letter of employment
offer. We hope you will accept this by signing this letter in the spaces below and upload
the scanned copy in the link provided in the email as soon as possible, but no later than
3rd May 2021.
We look forward to virtually meeting you in the training programme and are confident
that you will get the final offer from Virtusa by completing this training, certification
and final interview.
