Dear Jaya Prakash Thummala

Further to our interactions with you, we are pleased to inform you that you have been
selected for the Virtusa Train and Hire programme.

You will be required to submit the softcopy of your 10th, 12th, Diploma and degree
certificates along with the signed copy of this letter as an acknowledgement of
acceptance. Non-submission of these documents will be treated as non-acceptance of
this offer.

1. PROGRAM INFORMATION

● The program will happen in online mode

● The training program will run from 10th May onwards for 45 days, from
Mondays to Fridays

o The trainer-led virtual sessions will happen from 9 AM to 6 PM on

every weekday
o In addition to the 45 days training, you will have to complete a few pre-
work modules during the upcoming week(3rd May to 9th May 2021)
o The final interview will happen on the last week of June / the first week
of July 2021

● The training language will be English and all the program content will be in
English.
● If you are looking for a different job offer/hold a job offer before the training
ends, you will have to inform us.
● Post training, you will have to complete the OCJA certification to be eligible for
attending the final interview with Virtusa.
2. EXAM FEE REFUND POLICY

● As informed earlier, the training is completely free of cost.

● You have to bear the cost of OCJA certification and it will be refunded on two
ways
o Those who clear the final interview with Virtusa will get Rs. 20000
refunded as the joining bonus
o Those who clear the iamneo.ai training and OCJA certification but fail
to clear the final interview with Virtusa will get the amount refunded
by iamneo.ai. You will have to submit the payment receipt of the
certification cost.

Note: The certification test has to be taken as soon as the 45 days training is over
and the slot booking should be done during the 1st week of training itself. You will
be guided by the mentors on this.

3. PREREQUISITES TO JOIN THE PROGRAM

● Proper functional laptop/desktop with i3/ i5 configuration and 4GB RAM.

● Good command of Windows or Mac OS
● Good language and communication skills in English

4. ENROLLMENT TERMINATION:

● Your enrolment can be terminated at the discretion of mismatch in academics

information provided during the registration, attendance during the training
session, not clearing the eligibility criteria (>65% in academics), unpleasant
activities during training or failure to comply with rules and policies established
by iamneo.ai as outlined in this agreement.

● In case of expulsion for any of the reasons mentioned above, the candidate
will NOT be entitled to the certification fee refund.

5. AMENDMENTS TO TERMS

To accommodate unforeseen events and based on the learning progress of the

candidates, we reserve the rights to change the dates of the training program.
These changes could be of the nature of change of program starting/ending date.
Such changes will be communicated to you through email.

Upon successful completion of the training, certification and final interview, you will be
inducted as a Full Stack Developer at Virtusa with an Annual CTC of Rs. 400000/-
This letter is a communication of the training program and is not a letter of employment
offer. We hope you will accept this by signing this letter in the spaces below and upload
the scanned copy in the link provided in the email as soon as possible, but no later than
3rd May 2021.

We look forward to virtually meeting you in the training programme and are confident
that you will get the final offer from Virtusa by completing this training, certification
and final interview.

In witness whereof, I, the candidate, have read the above Agreement and agree to its
terms.
