materials were disposed of properly instead of being allowed to
escape into the surrounding area.

Keeping the workplace neat, clean, and safe is everyone’s

responsibility.

Store flammable and combustible liquids in proper containers

Evaluate your workspace and remove hazards before starting

work.
Make sure all cylinders & containers are properly labeled

Keep utility knives sheathed or retracted
