Using Boot Diagnostics to Test the Keypad Buttons

(TigerStop, TigerCrossCut, TigerFence, TigerRack, TigerTurbo, HeavyDuty 2)
Version 5.xx
1. Power off TigerStop using the power button on the TigerStop motor box.

STOP
2. Hold .

3. Power up while holding the button.

4. If done properly, you will see the boot diagnostics screen.

5. Press each button on your keypad, one at a time. Each time you press a button, a character
will appear to represent that button. For example, if you press Start, a “G” will appear.
Note: Do not test the On/Off button. This button will exit boot diagnostics.

6. Use the chart below to ensure that each button makes the correct value. If at anytime a button
makes the wrong character or you get an “E” (Error), the test has failed and you may need a
new keypad membrane.

pressed Program List to enter the menu.

6. Use the chart below to ensure that each button makes the correct value. If at anytime a button
makes the wrong character, the test has failed and you may need a new keypad membrane.
