3. Discuss 3 professional and 3 personal accomplishments in your life and what have you learned?

Personal :

1)I was recipient of Merit scholarship awarded by Ministry of education, Government of india for
securing top 0.5% rank in All india engineering entrance examination which made admitted to top 10
engineering colleges in India.My takeaway is I could see myself facing challenges in my
undergraduate university in terms of leading leadership positions in teams , events and eventually
helped in getting companies to college with my skills and placed more than 90% as placement
coordinator.

2)My Research paper which got published in Science Direct, World’s leading journal on waste water
management in Textile industry for sustainable process which practised by some small scale
industries which solved discharge of harmful chemcials and maintained environmental friendly. This
is the time where I was confident enough to prove myself that I can create some change in global
sustainable problems .

3)Tutored as part-time in teacheron educational platform for GRE entrance examination ; Resulted in
achieving scores of around 50 members by which my belief that can create impact among students
in achieving success with my smart skills.

4)Got successful with my own Farm 2 consumer business in terms of getting more share from
consumer rupee by analysing the seasonal crops and managing supply chain . My key take away of
elimination of middle men, cutting down of budgeting cost and brokerage charges helped me to
diversify business rather than routine supply chain practises .

Professional :

1) Awarded and certified for the operational shutdown activity in stipulated time for hot oil
energy system which helped to recover 4 days loss of around 40 lakhs.This proved my
leadership skills with my entry level and taking up responsibility that some reliable work can
be done.
2) My significant contribution on completion of piping and instrumentation field verification
which enhanced workplace safety and reduced maintenance costs by 17 % in budget
allocation.This project helped me to learn all loopholes , safety management system ,
reliable and compliance operations. The key role of achieving tasks with intense technical
backround enabled me to promote to next level in company.
3) Delivered technical sessions and managing as a part of learning and development skills; Part
of organizing committee in Reliance sports club for conducting cricket matches; Mentoring
more than 15 new recruits and trainees – developing technical skills, drawing up training
schedule and following safety industrial practices ; Training and teaching for orphans create
hope as a part of Corporate social responsibility. This enabled myself that I could continue
my extracurricular skills and boost myself in activities .
