She was assigned to support the product development and engineering teams for our company.

LinksUp (Cuthalion GmbH) is an early-stage SaaS (Software as a Service) startup based in Berlin,
Germany.

In particular, Ms. Bilemjian’s work focused on

• Supporting our product and engineering teams

• Ongoing testing and quality assurance of our product

Her responsibilities included

• Manual testing and discovery of bugs within software (desktop and mobile)
• Identification and documentation of any potential problems that users might encounter
• Development of procedures to determine product quality and release readiness
• Tracking of the development process of the product from the beginning
• Proactive suggestions and implementation of new ideas and features to improve the product

Ms. Bilemjian completed all tasks very efficiently and to our fullest satisfaction. She quickly
understood the key issues of problems and was able to provide excellent and detailed analyses. She
displayed excellent listening skills and clearly communicated her thoughts and ideas. In general, her
performance demonstrated the level and proficiency that exceeded our expectations from an Intern
in all dimensions. Ms. Bilemjian was an excellent team player and a pleasure to work with.

Overall, Ms. Bilemjian approached all of her assigned projects with motivation, team spirit, and in
close consultation with the respective supervisor. We wish her all the best for her further studies.
