Mr Asim Unkic born on 3 April 1985 was employed in our company from 1 September 2022 to
31 March 2023 in the Finance department as a Senior Process Manager Finance.

Forto is revolutionizing international freight forwarding by providing real-time quotes and insights,
digitizing old processes, and delivering transparency to its customers. We are a full-service freight
forwarder, offering global FCL, LCL and air transportation, and we are driven by technology and a
strong team of experienced logistics specialists.

The responsibilities of Mr Unkic included but were not limited to the following duties:

• Financial process functional and systems design for Forto Italy and Forto Vietnam
• Facilitate the development of approaches and solutions required to implement Forto Italy
• Responsible for mapping the business processes to BC and management of user acceptance
testing

Mr Unkic possesses sound specialist knowledge, which he was always able to apply confidently and
in a target-oriented manner in practice. We must highlight his broad knowledge of project
management, and specifically his extensive ability to beneficially apply consultancy methods and
tools, as well as intervention methods when hosting workshops and meetings. His logical and
analytical thinking processes enabled him to find independent, balanced and correct solutions for
complex problems. Mr Unkic always worked using his own initiative and identified with his
responsibilities and our company at all times. He displayed dedication and motivation. He always
demonstrated resilience even in highly stressful situations.

He completed his tasks completely independently, extremely carefully and according to a well
thought-out plan. He worked calmly, thoughtfully, in a target-oriented manner and extremely precisely
at all times. He continuously impressed us both in terms of quality and quantity. Mr Unkic was very
reliable.

He always found good solutions for any problems which arose. Mr Unkic always completed his tasks
to our satisfaction.

He was liked by everyone for his friendly and well-balanced demeanour. His personal conduct
towards his line managers, colleagues and clients was impeccable.

Mr Unkic is leaving our company at his request on 31 March 2023. We wish him all the best and
continued success in the future.
