REPORTING:
Packaged and/or Bulk Product:
1. Follow and complete Batch Record. Deliver to QC Manager.
2. QC Manager writes completed batch information on Batch Record Log in designated binder.
3. QC Manager copies batch record with any accompanying documents.
4. QC Manager files copies in Batch Record Binder and archives originals.
