SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

THAT I, RACQUEL TABORA DE GUZMAN, Filipino citizen, of legal age, single and

resident of No. 11, Sitio Pao, Sobredillo, Caba, La Union do hereby appoint, name and
constitute, MARISSA TAVORA DE GUZMAN, Filipino citizen, of legal age, married
and resident of No. 11, Sitio Pao, Sobredillo, Caba, La Union, to be my true and lawful
attorney to act in, manage and conduct all my affairs and for that purpose in my  name
and on my behalf to do and execute any or all of the following acts, deeds, and things,
to wit:

To receive and collect from Department of Health and CABA District Hospital-Caba,
La Union any and all sums of money which now or hereafter become due me as:
