We use the present perfect to talk about an action that started in the
past and continues in the present, or our experience up to the present
moment: we often use the adverb ever (never in the negative) when
we use the present perfect.

We form the present perfect with the present tense of have past
participle of the verb.

NEGATIVE SENTENCES

Subject haven´t or hasn`t past participle

QUESTION ANSWER

No, she hasn`t.
