Malolos constitution of 1899- This constitution establishes the justice, provide for common defense, promote
general welfare, and insure the benefits of liberty. It is composed of the three distinct powers namely, the
legislative, the executive, and the judiciary.

Commonwealth constitution 1935- The commonwealth constitution has the strength to implore the aid of
Divine Providence, in order to establish a government that shall embody their ideals, conserve the patrimony of
the nation, promote general welfare, and secure to themselves of independence. It has the power to enact laws
for the Philippines, through the national assembly.

1973 Constitution- 1973 has the strength in gaining the democracy of our country. By the help of the sovereign
Filipino people. The Philippines renounces war as an instrument of national law as part of the policy of peace,
equality, and amity with all nations.

1978 Constitution- 1978 constitution promotes the common good, conserve and develop our patrimony and
secure to ourselves and our prosperity, the blessings of independence and democracy under the rule of law and a
regime of truth, justice freedom, love, equality and peace do ordain and promulgate this constitution.
