    Deposit: The amount of 1Lakh (Inclusive of Taxes) is considered as a


    refundable deposit against raw material, which will be returned back after 3 years or
    at the time of closure of the outlet.

    In case the franchise is not executed or cancelled for any reason, than the amount of
    10,000/- will be deducted from Token amount / Franchise Fee, apart from taxes.

    Training and Management: The company will provide specialized training for the staff
    employed by the franchise at its nalized outlet.
    (i) Accommodation and Food of F&B Trainer will be borne by the Franchise.
