SUB: CORRIGENDUM IN RULE NO. 65.2 OF THE RULES OF THE BHARAT SCOUTS AND GUIDES ...REG
REF: NHQ Circular No. 138/2020 dated 09th Oct, 2020

Dear Sir/Madam,

In regard to Rule No. 65.2 of the Rules Book of the Bharat Scouts and Guides
states that “The Vice Presidents shall be elected by the State Council from
among the members of the State Association who have served as either
President or Vice President at the District level or Local level or the District Chief
Commissioner or District Commissioner”, it is to clarify that due to clerical
mistake, the word State was omitted and may also be added before the District
and the Rules may be read as follows:-

“ The Vice Presidents shall be elected by the State Council from among
the members of the State Association who have served as either
President or Vice President at the State/District level or Local level or
the State/District Chief Commissioner or State/District Commissioner”.

Inconvenience caused is deeply regretted.
