1. The person who has performed the activity without an


approved PTW shall be removed from site immediately, ADP - E & P
and shall not work for any other company within ADNOC Team
Group

2. Supervisor shall be given a written warning letter for


allowing the job performer to perform the activity without ADP - E & P
an approved PTW, and for not taking the appropriate Team
action at the time of the incident

3. Contractor shall ensure that LTHE as well all their


subcontractors including vendors to have valid PTW of ADP - E & P
ADNOC Onshore prior to working at ASAB CDS / ADNOC Team
Onshore Controlled area

4. Contractor to raise immediately to Al Dhafra Petroleum, ADP - E & P


whenever any non-compliances or incidents arise in the
Team
project site

5. Contractor to have an awareness session to improve

their communications among their management and Team
