    1. Type to your URL/Web browser lms.deped.gov.ph/


    2. Upper point the cursor to “I” then fine “Vigan City”

    3. Continue with Commons Account


    4. Login with MSO365 Account username na password

    5. Find upper left SITE HOME and click

    6. Now click SITE DEVELOPMENT


    7. Facility for the Submission of the Application Requirement for the PNPKI Digital
    Certificate of DepEd Personnel in the Field Offices

    8. Then click PNPKI Digital Certificate Applications then encode this enrolment key PNPKIr1_VC
    9. Click enrolment key
    10. Find SDO Vigan City
    11. Scroll down and find PNPKI Questionnaire

    12. Then attempt to quiz

    13. After quiz please screen shots dyak makitan kasi nalpas ko ngamin bagikon. hahah
