I. HOW TO APPLY FOR THE SCANNED COPY

1.Click
Click on the ONLINE APPLICATION button to begin.

2. Click on the APPLICATION FORM FOR SCANNED COPY.

3.Enter your REGISTER NO. and then click on view button to fetch your details .

4. Fill in the following details to apply for the SCANNED COPY .

A.SELECT THE SUBJECT/S
B.ENTER the CORRECT PHONE NO. and e-mail ID for to get the NEW CHALLAN details .
AND then click on the SUBMIT button to proceed.

5. a.Note down your CHALLAN no. for further communications .

b.Click on the MAKE PAYMENT button to enter in to the payment mode.

6. Choose the payment mode for OFFLINE or ONLINE.

7. a. Click on the CASH PAYMENT for offline payment and submit it

7.b. Choose the bank to pay by selecting any one .

i.CORPORATION BANK ii.KARNATAKA ONE iii.BANGALORE ONE

7.c. Click on the GENERATE CHALLAN button to genrate your particular challan PDF
assigned with the particular bank.

7.d. Take a print of your challan PDF and pay the required AMOUNT in the “particular
bank” associated.

8. Click on the ONLINE PAYMENT for the online mode.

8. a.Select the KARNATAKA ONE and submit it to proceed for the PAYMENT GATEWAY.

8.b. Check your details before clicking PAY NOW button .

8.c. Select any one of the PAY MODE to complete your payment.

NOTE : While applying for ONLINE PAYMENT MODE , Don’t REFRESH the page or
CLICK BACK BUTTON till the transaction gets completed .

9. Here Completes Your Online Application Process For The Scanned Copy .
10. After Receiving the message regarding the uploading of SOFTCOPY of your answer
scripts in to your registered mobile number , You Can Download Your Scanned Copy From
The Website As Given Below.

II. HOW TO DOWNLOAD YOUR “ SCANNED COPY “

1) A. Enter your CHALLAN NUMBER and press on ENTER button to fetch your details. Once
you are confirm with your details,
B. Select the subject .
C. Enter CAPTCHA in the box provided
D.Click on the submit button to see the status of your SCANNED PDF.

2. A. Enter the OTP received on your Mobile number and Click on DOWNLOAD SCANNED
COPY to download the Answer Scripts.
B. Open the file to see your Answer Scripts.

3. If the status shows “your scanned copy is not yet uploaded “, then wait till you receive
the message in your registered number regarding the status of your scanned copy .

Repeat this step for other Subjects if Applicable.

III. HOW TO APPLY FOR “ REVALUATION COPY “

1. For Revaluation Repeat the process of Selection of subjects and payment procedure
, as given in apply for scanned copy, after selecting the Application form for
revaluation .

NOTE : Entering the account number and 11 digit ifsc code is mandatory for
revaluation

IV. HOW TO CHANgE YOUR REgISTERED “ MOBILE NUMBER “.

1) A. Click on “CHANGE MOBILE NO.”
B. Enter your CHALLAN NUMBER and click on ENTER button to fetch your details
C. Enter your MOBILE NUMBER where you wanted to receive OTP and updates in
both
the NEW MOBILE NUMBER and CONFIRM MOBILE NUMBER boxes.
D. Click on UPDATE to update your new mobile number.

Note :

1. Once The Mobile Number Has Been Updated , An Alert Message Will Be

Sent To The Earlier Number In Which The Challan Number Has Generated .

2. If You Are Incorporated With The Updation Of Mobile Number Or If Your

Mobile Number Is Changed By Unauthorised Person, Kindly Contact Our
KSEEB HELPLINE NUMBERS 080-23310075/76 For Further Assistance.

V. HOW TO CHECk THE STATUS OF YOUR “ SCANNED COPY “ .

1) A. Click on the STUDENT
B. Click on the CLICK HERE UPLOAD STATUS FOR SCANNED COPY

2. 1.Enter your register number and Press ENTER button .

2. Select the subject.
3. Click on SUBMIT button

3. Your SCANNED COPY file name will be displayed below. Download the same file in
DOWNLOAD SCANNED COPY.

the message in your registered number regarding the status of your scanned copy .
