Promoters' Kamat Construction Pvt Ltd steered by Mr. Uday Kamat, Mr Dattaprasad Kamat and
Mr Ramesh Kamat, have entered into a management contract with Indian Hotels Company Ltd
for its latest Venture, Vivanta by Taj - Panaji Goa. The group has experience in the business of
construction, real estate and hospitality over almost 4 decades, and has 50 building projects
mainly situated in Panaji, Goa to its credit.

Mr. Raymond Bickson, Managing Director and CEO, The Indian Hotels Company Limited said
