• Haldiram’s after marking a mark in the segment of savouries, sweets have now
launched a segment of processed foods, i.e., Ready-To-Eat (RTE) foods where
they have incorporated Indian Cuisines like Bhel, Punjabi Chole, Kadhi
Chawal, Dum Biryani, Pav Bhaji, Dal Makhani in the processed way. Although
competitors like MTR are already there in the market with variety of
processed Indian foods like rawa idli, poha, dosa, paneer makhani, chole
chawal.
