The internship was in Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt. Ltd. a
company owned bottler of Coca-Cola India company. The duration of
internship was 45 days from 13 July 2022 to 27 August 2022. The intern
was allotted to the Marketing department and the reporting officer was
Area Sales Manager, Mr. Suresh P. He is responsible for all the sales and
distribution activities of Hindustan Coca Cola Beverages Pvt Ltd in south
Kerala. The internship was very productive in teaching many managerial
principles followed in an industry. It helped in understanding the
INTRODUCTION importance of effective management. It helped in understanding the
importance of effective marketing in a perfectly competitive Market.  The
intern got an exposure to various stakeholders of company and learn
several procedures followed. The internship was completely field work the
intern got to understand how a market works and got to connect with
different entities in a market.

RECOMMENDATIONS 
• Currently Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt Ltd is facing cut throat
competition in the market. To overcome this competition there is only
way to improve the distribution channel. 
• If HCCBPL improves its distribution channel then there is no barrier in
front of them to become number one in the market in terms of Non-
Alcoholic Beverages in India. 
• Proper ware house management should be established in the side of
distributors. 
• Distributors need to be educated about the vision of the company and
their importance in achieving organizational goal. 
CONCLUSION 
• Getting an opportunity of internship in a firm like HCCBPL was very helpful for the
intern in understanding the managerial principle he learned in class. It helped in
helped in understanding the importance of effective marketing. The intern got an
exposure to various stakeholders of the company. He got to network with key
pillars of the market. The internship days where completely out door, working in
the field was a great experience for the intern and a great opportunity to learn.
The markets intern was assigned was cut throat competition markets, so the
intern had the opportunity to experience first-hand the importance of a good
marketing plan. The intern achieved improved communication skills, negotiation
skills which could be effectively used in future roles. The intern became more
organized and social. The internship at HCCBPL was a great opportunity for the
intern in acquiring knowledge and experience
