 Late or Absent Work
Late Work: Assignments are expected on the due date. I do not except any late work.
Absent Work: Students are responsible for getting their assignments and making up missed work.
Students are given the number of days absent plus one day to complete missed work. All
graded assignments are by handbook policy.
For each quarter (9-weeks), I allow students to rework any assessments created by me if they or

you are not satisfied with their original grade. I do average the two grades together for their new
grade. All reworks are due close to the end of each quarter on the Friday before exams.

Classroom progress reports are sent home every 3 weeks! It is important
that you hold your child accountable. If a student fails my class, the
student will have to repeat 8th grade. Please, make sure they give their
absolute best to not make this a reality.
