Pearl Lake Protection and Rehabilitation Commissioner Meeting Minutes

August 31, 2019

Chairman Volden called the commissioner’s meeting to order at 10:27 a.m.

Roll Call: Roger Volden, Randy Rucks, Dave Paulick, Dale Singer, Chris Sorenson, Ed Sheppard.

Motion by Paulick, second by Singer that the officers held by the current commissioners remain
the same for the coming year. Motion approved.
The current positions on the PRD will stay as currently aligned:
Roger Volden, Chairman, Dave Paulick, Vice Chair, Randy Rucks, Treasurer, Ed Sheppard,
Secretary.

Minutes and treasurer’s report were waived as they were previously approved at the annual
meeting a few minutes ago.

Nick Thomas gave an update on the fish habitat efforts. He also thanked those who have donated
to the fish and habitat committee. This year they will hope to stock Perch and Crappie. He noted
donations from Nick Stark, Roger and Donna Volden, Jeff Swenson and Trent Jezwinski thanking
them all. " The crappie or perch stocking of $2,500.00 per the 2019 budget, and stocking of
$800.00 of forage minnows. from donations, will done in the fall of 2019."

Clean Boat Clean Water Program will continue in effect for next year. A formal report will be
received from them soon on the year’s activities.

No new business was brought before the PRD Commissioners at this meeting.

Roger asked the commissioners if there was any new business. No new business presented.

A motion by Roger Volden, seconded by Ed Sheppard to adjourn the commissioner meeting was
made. All commissioners voted to adjourn the meeting.

The meeting was adjourned at 10:50 a.m. on August 31, 2019.
