Board of Commissioners
Pearl Lake Protection and Rehabilitation District
July 3, 2010

Meeting called to order by chairman Chuck Johhanns. All commissioners attended, also
Joe Piechowski of the Lake management District. Minutes of the previous meeting were
read and approved. Treasurer Mark Leissring explained the financial repart and proposed
2010/2011 budget. After discussion and commissioner approval, as of July 3, 2010, Steve
Koivula is the new PRD Chairman and Chuck Johanns is Vice-Chairman until July 2011.
Other board members are Randy Rucks, Dave Paulick and Mark Leissring, Treasurer.
Discussion on lake property rentals and numbers of accomodations of these properties.
No decisions reached on this matter.
