Board of Commissioners
Pearl Lake Protection and Rehabilitation District
July 3, 2012

Chairman Steve Koivula called the meeting to order at 9:45 AM.

Commissioners present: Steve Koivula, Mark Leissring, Dave Paulick and Joe Piechowski.

Commissioners absent: Chris Sorenson and Shelly Tobiasz, Randy Rucks.

Election of Officers: Steve Koivula asked for nominations for PRD Officers. Dave Paulick made a
motion to have the current officers retain their positions. Joe Piechowski seconded the motion, which
passed. Officers are Steve Koivula, Chairman, Shelly Tobiasz, Vice Chairman and Mark Leissring,
Treasurer.

The Annual Meeting was discussed. After discussion it was decided that no new actions need to be
initiated.

The date of the next Commissioners' meeting was discussed with no decision made.

Dave Paulick made a motion to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Joe Piechowski. The motion passed.

The meeting was adjourned at 10:15.
