Preface

Being a teacher in English for Communication with the code of 30000-1201

gives me a lot of challenges dealing with the college students but it also
gives me new ideas and techniques on how to manage the students with this
course. In this action plan, the reader will know the things that we do inside
the classroom as well as the students' activities.
1. Pre-test: This test tells the students and the teachers where to start. It
evaluates the student capacity in learning the subject.
2. Vocabulary Practice: This is very important in every topic. Students
should unlock the vocabularies for them to understand later on the topic
which the teacher is explaining.
3. Listening and Speaking: Students should speak or converse with other
students related to the topic. Doing this activity may sharpen the
learning and the hearing of the student.
4. Reading and Writing Practice: In this course, the students will not only
study conversation but they will also study reading and writing as well.
5. Role-play: the students are given a task to do the role-play for them to
exercise more the things that they learned inside the classroom.
6. Self-study: They are to study by themselves and be independent in
learning the course. This will help them to be more confident.
7. Post-Test: This is part of the evaluation for the students for the whole
term. It gives you the answer whether they pass or not. In this action
plan, it covers the whole term for the year. We are positive that these
students will learn how to speak, listen, write and read in English.

3D Philosophy in Education

1. Democracy

● Everyone has the freedom to speak.

● Everyone has the freedom to express itself to others.

2. Decency

● Time is precious. Every second counts. So, all people should be

on time in everything he does.
● Everybody should be concerned about everything. We should
help to conserve the things that we need to keep.
● We should take care of all the things around us, so that many
people can benefit as well as the next generation.
● Be helpful. Make workloads lessen. Two persons are better than
one. Helping each other can make it easy.
3. Drug-Free

Drug is not good in everybody's life. It can distract or destroy the life of a
human being, but we can turn ourselves to drug by:

Set goals for yourself - If you feel tempted to try drugs, even
once, consider what it may do to your goals for the future. How likely
are you to be able to achieve your goals if you're dependent on an
expensive and/or illegal drug, or in jail or with a criminal record for
using it?

Spend time with your loved ones - Strong relationships with

your family and loved ones are a protective factor against drug use. In
other words, having a strong relationship with your family and friends
will make you less likely to give in to temptation.

Do something else to feel good - Go for a run, get lost in a good

novel, talk to family and friends, play a fun video game, or actively try
to solve your problem or negative thoughts by seeking counseling.
