Itis in this mission that today a lot of trainings and seminars are being conducted to improve and lop the craft of each mentor in school. The Department fully understand that everything rises and falls the teacher's capability to bring leaming at the heart of every leamer. Thus, Education affirmed in its mitment by sustaining the delivery of learning accessible and relevant. With this, DepEd Memorandum -2020-307 declares the week of December 14-19, 2020 scheduled for Service training (INSET) which may include MELCs-Based Quarter 2 Planning for Distance Learning very Modalities. This will enable the learning facilitators to navigate through the challenges of the new nal in the teaching and learning process. Hence, Carpenito Integrated School designed a three-day training on action research, teaching aiegies in the new normal learning delivery modality (LDM), and creating online data through google sheet The Three-Day (3) In-Service Training for Teachers was conducted last December 15-17, 2020 at ade 8 Classroom of Carpenito Integrated School. The participants of the said training were the elementary | secondary teachers of the school with the facilitators. On day 1, the training started with an Opening gram with the teachers assigned as per headed by the School Head, Mrs, Carlosia T. Agustin. The sion proper then followed with the facilitator, Ma'am Gerry Chel L. Aga. The session started with a group cussion on how teachers understand research. Afterwards, Ma'am Gerry Chel Aga formally discussed the onale and overview of the Action Research and the different parts of Action Research (via PPT) was cussed in detailed by Sir, Jake D. Fraga and the teachers were eager to learn more about the Action search in the new normal. In the afternoon session, teachers were told to write an Action Research title 1 its objectives based on the problems they met with the learners in the new normal and this was done vidually. The day ends with teachers presenting their research title and Mr. Jake Fraga the facilitator, ve some suggestions so that the teachers may continue to work on their proposals for possible lementation On Day 2, the topic on Creating Data Online using Google Sheet Form was introduced and explained by Fransandy P. Hontanosas. He then explained how to use this form and how applicable it is to teachers 1 students amidst the pandemic. Teachers find it very significant in assessing learning to students and at are the advantages of using this form as a tool on teaching- learning process in the new normal setting. On day 3, the session started with the MOL by the assigned teachers and the session proper was litated by Ma'am Milagros O. Lopio, Master Teacher 1 of Carpenito Integrated School with the topic aching Strategies in A New Normal *. This was included for the teachers to be Prepared and more flexible ) teaching whatever changes in the new normal education On the last day on INSET, teachers-participants were asked to submit outputs that were required to them s the training started. This was followed by a closing program that started with a recap of all the learnings ined from the trainings by Mr. Micheal J. Acquitan, Secondary Teacher. The awarding of certificates to the articipants was facilitated by the School Head, Mrs. Carlosia T. Agustin and Ma’am Milagros O. Lopio, faster Teacher 1. The program ended with a closing remark given by Mr. Fransandy P.
