Resolved by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Angeles City in session assembled that a resolution endorsing the Subic-Clark Railway Project (SCRP) of the Department of ‘Transportation (DOTR) and the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) which aims to provide freight and commuter rail service seen to ease traffic and port congestions in ‘Metro Manila and promote rural and value chain economic development within the Subie-Clark Economic Corridor, thereby spurring regional economic growth in Central Luzon and nearby regions be, as it is hereby, approved. ‘ Sponsored by Councilors Jesus S.
